We design, engineer, and maintain custom web applications, enterprise software systems, AI/ML workflow integrations (LLMs, RAG, custom agents), and high-velocity startup MVPs. We handle end-to-end architecture, frontend/backend engineering, QA testing, and long-term maintenance.
How fast can we start and what is your process?
Discovery and scoping take 3 to 5 days. Once aligned on the definition of done, development begins immediately. We operate in 1-week cycles with live working software deployed to staging every week so you always see real progress.
Do we get 100% ownership of the source code and IP?
Yes, completely. Every line of code, document, design asset, and cloud configuration is 100% your property with full IP transfer. We use industry-standard open technologies so you have zero vendor lock-in.
What timezones do you work in and how do we communicate?
We are based in Chișinău, Moldova (EET / UTC+2). This gives us full working-day alignment with Western Europe (CET) and 4 to 5 hours of daily overlap with the US East Coast (EST). Communication is direct with senior developers via Slack/Teams, email, and weekly video syncs.
